Performance Testing Remedy ITSM 7.5

As ever, Scapa’s architecture allows capture and replay of user activity at the API level – by far the most effective method of performance testing Remedy deployments.
Using Scapa will allow you to benchmark the performance of an ITSM deployment – whether a new one, or a migration from a previous version, or on updated hardware.
