Scapa Partners with a broad range of organisations involved in the provision of IT Services:

• Solutions Providers: Nationally or Regionally-based Organisations which typically deliver implementations around technologies for which they have specialist expertise. These organizations will typically work with Scapa in one or both of the following ways
  • use Scapa TPP to test implementations of various Enterprise technologies
  • Offer Scapa ITSA implementations to their customers
• Testing Services Companies: Nationally or Regionally-based Organizations which provide a testing service directly to end-user companies or as part of an implementation process being performed by another organization. These organizations will typically use Scapa TPP to test systems based around certain Enterprise software technologies.
• Systems Integrators: Regionally or Globally-based Organizations which have broad capabilities in Systems Integration and associated business consulting. These organizations will typically use Scapa TPP to test systems based around certain Enterprise software technologies either for customers, or for their own use as a Service Provider. They will also use Scapa ITSA to automate the Service Desks they provide to their customers.
