These service management solutions are typically workflow based and web-enabled and are in two broad areas - IT Management and Service & Support.
IT Management solutions aim to provide the solutions needed by IT departments for effective service delivery to their customers covering IT helpdesks, Asset and Change Management & Service Level Agreements. Around 50% of our implementations are in this area.
Service and Support solutions are externally focused on providing service through contracts or service level agreements or internally focused on service-providers like HR, Facilities and Health & Safety.
