Scapa TPP is built on Eclipse (originally an IBM technology), and thus integrates seamlessly with a broad range of IBM tooling.

Scapa TPP can drive all the significant IBM middleware and database infrastructure: WebSphere via http and Java RMI, WebSphere MQ via its native APIs and JMS, DB2 via jdbc and ODBC and DB2 OLAP Server via its native APIs.Scapa TPP provides data into Tivoli TMTP, and can drive user interfaces via Rational Robot and Rational Functional Tester.

Scapa TPP can watch systems performance data on most IBM runtimes and operating systems: WebSphere via JMX, DB2 statistics via jdbc, AIX and Linux statistics via ssh. In addition it can natively monitor IBM xSeries hardware running Microsoft or vMware O/S.
