Scapa Technologies has worked extensively with BMC Software in the development of Scapa TPP - the de-facto standard for performance testing of Remedy AR System.

Scapa Technologies is the only company that has invested in the complex process of building connectivity directly to the AR System API, with significant help from BMC to decode the datastructures within the API and to interpret the various log files to allow capture/replay.

BMCs development team uses Scapa TPP to tests the AR-System based ITSM Suite before launch.

Scapa Technologies is fully committed to the ITIL and ITSM vision adopted by BMC.  In terms of the ITIL Framework, Scapa’s Expedite Methodology for testing the performance of systems before and after system rollout is a Capacity Management methodology, defining a Capacity Model which is used to predict the performance of systems.  This is in stark contrast to the inflexible, slow and old-fashioned Quality Assurance approaches to systems performance offered by competitors.
