Scapa TPP tests Virtual Desktop, Citrix and Terminal Services sessions at the GUI on the Server, using scripts which hook robustly onto Windows Application Objects. These Objects are not present at the client, where it is impossible to run a reliable test. To get accurate timing data for Capacity Management and Service Level Management, Scapa measures end-to-end response times at the Client.
