Storm Testing (Log In / Log Out)
I have workers from one office already working on the system, what user experience impact will there be on these workers if there is an unexpected burst of users logging in from another office?
If there is a temporary network issue and we lose workers from one office, what happens when these users all try to re-log in at the same time, once the network issue has been resolved. How will the system and user experience be affected?
Scope: Using Scapa TPP, the Scapa Technologies Professional Services consultant will run a constant load test for a sufficient period of time to obtain baseline data, before introducing a login storm set of users. This approach provides the most accurate and relevant understanding of the impact of the simultaneous logging in and/or logging out of multiple users will have on the existing users of your system.
Outcome: The Scapa Technologies’ Professional Services Report will help you understand your current system’s login / logout capabilities and the impact of high login / logout rates on existing users. Additionally, the information in the report will help you decide whether you might need to undertake further testing or other system improvement activities.
