Why: Geographical Based SLA Benchmark Comparison Testing allows you to understand and compare the performance of systems from different geographical locations. It will answer questions such as:
How do I check and compare the performance of my system(s) from each of our office locations to ensure we’re achieving our SLAs?
Are the performance variations between our office locations acceptable? When, if ever, are they unacceptable?
Scope: The Scapa Technologies’ consultant would run a series of tests to help pinpoint performance issues and compare the results from each of your business locations. These tests will be performed remotely.
Outcome: A Scapa Technologies’ Professional Services Report will provide insight into the performance of your system(s) at each of your business locations, allowing you to understand whether further testing or optimization activities are required.
